About

  • "Mithical" is a personal blog, which means you won't find a consistent amount of just one thing but a wide variety of content posted here ranging from personal posts, photography, quotes, illustrations, social media news and technology, along with a mix of things that signify certain traits about my personality or mood at the moment.

  • Got a little curious as to where my lastname (Sepulveda) derives from so I decided to do what anyone else would do in this situation: I googled it.
Apparently it derives from a municipality of the same name in the province of Segovia, Spain (pictured above).
According to an article I found, it used to be an old medieval town. It is surrounded by fortified walls with seven doors, which is where the town gets its name; Septum Publica is translated to “the seven public ways.”
So I guess we all know what happens next… I shall now be called Dario Sevendoors.

  • Life has no meaning a priori. Before you live it, life is nothing, but it is for you to give it a meaning. Value is nothing other than this meaning which you choose.
