    Thinking About You

    Your kind.
    You wretched, simple things.
    One step removed from animals.
    One step removed?
    No steps.
    None.
    You ARE animals.
    We had the sixth.
    We were transcendent.
    You are pretenders.
    You suppress.
    your artifices lies.
    Economics.
    Philosophy.
    Literature.
    Love.
    All borne of desperation.
    Denying what you are.
    ANIMALS.
    Who root.
    Who feast.
    Who fuck.
    Who kill.
    Hate.
That is what I think of
    When I think of you.

  • So many questions about gameplay, storyline and everything. October 30th can’t come fast enough!

  • dude. lucy is dead. they said that they buried her, and even before that subject 16 was being a douche and joking about making it back in time for her funeral.

I know that much. I’m just being me hoping, wishing she somehow made it and the burial was all a lie. But, I doubt that’s gonna happen.

(I am barely on Sequence 2, by the way)

  • One of the reasons why Assassins Creed is one of my favorite games of all time is because of how Leonardo Da Vinci has influenced the series so much. I just love to learn the amazing facts from the architecture and sites of the 14th century, as well.
Just read a pretty interesting one while playing AC Revelations:

“In 1502, Sultan Bayezid II invited the famous Florentine Leonardo Da Vinci to submit a design for a bridge that would span a 250-meter wide section of the Golden Horn. Upon seeing Leonardo’s design, however, the Sultan felt the project was too ambitious and scrapped the idea. Four years later, Bayezid extended the same invitation to a young artist named Michelangelo. But Michelangelo—being an avowed rival of Da Vinci’s—refused the Sultan’s invitation outright, evidently incensed that Leonardo had been asked first.”

I never knew Michelangelo was Da Vinci’s declared rival—although the thought had crossed my mind at one point in time when comparing their pieces of art. This games simply fantastic.

  • I hadn’t purchased a game in over a year up until the newest Assassin’s Creed came out. One of my favorite historical games now more action-packed and better than ever. This is all I’ve been spending most of my time on (when not in classes). 18 hours spent according to the game, but it feels more in real life. Maybe it’s because all the loading screens or all the cinematics don’t count. Anyways, I’ve barely ranked 41% overall finish. And that’s with full synchronization on everything I’ve done. And that’s not mentioning there’s still online multiplayer to play after.
Usually long games would feel like a drag after the first 3 days, but I could play this game for the next month if I could.

  • Things I like/dislike so far while playing Assassin’s Creed: Revelations.

    Likes

    • Tower Defense-like mini game against templars trying to recapture districts.
    • Sofia Sartor (I just really, really like her character and passion for books)
    • The hookblade. That thing makes everything so much faster!
    • My parachute. I just love not falling off of buildings on accident anymore.
    • I get to play Altair!

    Dislikes

    • Lucy died… (maybe?)
    • The gameplay interface is too… simple. I liked Brotherhood’s design.
    • No Leonardo Da Vinci (yet?)

Not much else. So, the game = really, really good.
