Why photographers should stop complaining about copyright and embrace Pinterest.
Really interesting article. Although I don’t technically use it as a Photography outlet, it is a keen idea to keep. Proud to be one of the 3% of men on Pinterest!

I’m growing a mild obsession with Pinterest.
I remember creating an account many months ago and getting an invitation but I would never go in. With all the coverage it’s been getting, I decided to follow along and give it another shot, and now it seems to be all I do. Pin, pin, pin.
Pinterest lets me do things I can’t do on Tumblr. I’m always looking for high-quality images to reblog, but with Tumblr you not only get high quality images of things but a myriad of other stuff that catch your attention. Not to mention I’m not a rebloging-obsessed type of person, I only reblog a couple of times per day. With Pinterest, however, I seem to be going crazy. It’s just so easy to pin anything you see online with the “Pin It” bookmark.
I did notice one little flaw when pinning from Tumblr. It apparently takes the exact URL where the image was find, which includes the dashboard url (which is different for everyone). Either Pinterest should fix this, or I’m gonna have to work a little hard to make the correct changes to the url sources.
